The app
PureLofi is provided by [FULL NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. The free version includes two scenes and all music; an account is optional.
The music and the scenes
Every track is made by a musician, not generated by AI, and is used with their permission. The music, the pixel-art scenes and the app are protected by copyright. You may listen to them in the app for your personal use. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse them commercially without our written permission. [Any use outside the app depends on each artist's licence. Leave this out unless the artists agree to it.]
Your own music
You can add music files from your own device. They stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to play them.
PureLofi Pro
- Pro unlocks all scenes. It is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription through the App Store or Google Play, at the price shown before you buy.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your PureLofi account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- You can restore an active subscription on a new device with "Restore purchases", or by signing in.
Your account
Keep access to your sign-in method safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app (menu → Account → Delete account).
Availability
We try to keep PureLofi running, but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change or add scenes and tracks.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage caused by a breach of essential obligations. [To be checked for your jurisdiction.]
Law
